【Abstract】 The present paper deals with freshwater mollusks collected from eastern Sichuan. There are 48 species and subspecies belonging to 22 genera in 10 different families. The species Radix ovata (Draparnaud) , Radix chefouensis (Clessin) , Gyraulus albos, Unio continenalis (Hass), Acuticosta ovata (Simpson) , Lamprotula polysticta (Heude), Anodonta angula Tchang, Li et Liu,Cmtarza plicata (Leach)are first recorded from Sichuan Province.Unio ciossus Ketjios is a new record from China.The distribution is discrete among some species of freshwater mollusks from eastern Sichuan. For instance, the Unio continentalis (Hass) and Lamprotula polysticta(Heude)are confined to the Tongbo rivulet of Daxian county.Unio cro-ssus Ketjios is found in the Guanjiang rivulet of Suining county. Acuticosta ovafa(Simpton)is confined to the Mei river of Xiushan county. Cristaria plicata (Leach) is found in the rivers and ponds of Suining, Wanyuan and other county towns. But the Semisulcospira pleuvoseaides (Bavay et Dautrenberg) is confined to the Yangtse River and Jiangling River.Although the species of freshwater mollusks in this region are not rich in quantity, the composition of species is still complicated. Except the species which are widely distributed, there are a small number of narrow distributed species such as Radix chefouensis (Clessin) , Bellamys limnophla (Mabille) et al. Some species of the North Europe, North Asia, Central Europe,Central Asia, Far East and the northern part of China also occur in this region, such as Radix ovata (Draparnaud) ,Radix lagotis (Schrank),Galba truncatula(M.uller) , Margaritana sp,Unio continentalis (Hass) and Unio crossus Ketjios et al. A few species of this region belong to Planorbidae. It shows that the geographical distribution is similar to that of South Asia.更多还原
