【摘要】 本文报导了十三种贝类肌肉组织蛋白的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析结果。可以看出电泳图谱基本格式相似程度的大小,与各种类亲缘关系的亲疏相一致,同属各种间的电泳图谱基本格式最为相似,但又存在或多或少的明显差别。因之,贝类肌肉组织蛋白的电泳分析,在同属各种间的分类上具有一定的参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the results of muscular tissus proteins of thirteen species in mollusks by electrophoresis. The electrophoregram shows that there are most bands in Bellamya aeruginosa which contains twenty-two bands and less in Hyriopsis cumingii which contains thirteen bands only. The number of bands means a great deal to the identification of different species in the same genus. The arranged shape of the bands reflects the similar extent of constituent property. The nearer the species consanguinities are, the more similar their electrophoregram is to one anoher. It is shown that the electrophoregram similarity between species in the same genus is obvious.The similar electrophoregram reflects the common attribute of species in the same genus, whereas slight signifcant differences among electrophoregram reflect the specific character.Hence we believe that analysis on muscular tissus protein may be regarded as a reference means for the classification of species in mollusks.更多还原
