猪不同日龄及不同肠段正常肠菌群的研究

【摘要】 来研究对1、8、22、42、18O日5个日龄的健康猪只,从空肠、回肠、盲肠和直肠测定了分又杆菌等10个菌属,发现这些菌属在肠内寄居有以下特性: 1.乳猪出生后24小时内,分叉杆菌等便可入侵定居于肠道中。除乳酸杆菌、真杆菌1日龄达高峰外,分叉杆菌、消化球菌、大肠杆菌、肠球菌、酵母菌在8日龄达高峰,唯小梭菌22日龄达高峰,表明8日龄左右肠内就形成一个定型的菌群。随年龄增长逐渐下降。 2.F测验比较,分叉杆菌、类杆菌、大肠杆菌、肠球菌和真杆菌在空、回、盲、直4段有显著性差异。T测验比较,分叉杆菌、类杆菌、真杆菌、大肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌、葡萄球菌和消化球菌在大肠和小肠有显著性差异。9种菌的对数均值随空肠向直肠肠段后移而上升。

【Abstract】 This paper was related to a test of bifidobacterium ( BB ) and other Species from jejunum, ileum, cecum and rectum of the healthy piglets at different age. The results were following:1. The BBand others were found in the intestine of piglets in twenty four hours after they were born. There were a great number of lactobacillus ( LB ) and eubactia ( EB ) which reached the maximum at one day of age, and that of BB, peptococcus ( PC ) , E. Coli, enterococcus ( EC ) and yeast at 8 days of age. At 22 days of age of piglets the small clostridum appeared in large amount of numbers. All these have demonstrated that most of them formed a stable microbiota at above mentioned age. And the number of bacteria was reducing gradually as the piglets were growing.2. The amounts of BB, Bacteroides (BD ) , E. Coli, EC, EB, in the F-test, have showed their significant differences in jejunum, ileum, cecum and rectum. All the BB, BD, EB, E. Coli, LB, staphylococcus and PC had quite different amounts at both large and small intestines.The numbers of ten species of bacteria in terms of logarithm mean were increasing while the locations of them were changed from jejunum to rectum.
