绵羊链球菌病病理发生——人工感染羊淋巴器官的组织化学和血清蛋白的变化
PATHOGENESIS OF STREPTOCOCCAL INFECTION IN SHEEP: HISTOCHEMICAL CHANGES IN LYMPH ORGAN AND CHANGES OF SERUM PROTEINS
【摘要】 对30只人工感染绵羊链球菌羊的淋巴器官组织化学检验和血清蛋白电泳分析,证实感染羊只淋巴器官中液化部分的物质Feulgen反应阴性,甲绿——派若宁法反应阴性,P.A.S反应阳性,γ异染反应阳性,显示碱性磷酸酶反应阴性。确定这种物质中有透明质酸和分解的蛋白成分。应称“淋巴滤泡溶解”。淋巴细胞Feulgen反应强度随病程发展而渐渐减弱,嗜派若宁强度也随之渐渐减弱。淋巴细胞P.A.S反应明性,γ异染反应阳性,没有碱性磷酸酶活性。血清蛋白变化有明显的规律。感染后白蛋白下降,96小时左右最低,8天后恢复正常。α1、α2球蛋白变化不明显。β球蛋白感染后上升,72小时最高,然后又恢复正常,8~21天再度升高。γ球蛋白在感染后下降,96小时最低,8天后显著上升。
【Abstract】 Thirty apparently healthy sheep were infected iatranasally with Streptococcus group C. The Feul-gen reaction and Methyl Green Pyronin were both negative with the substances of liquefaciant portion in lymph organ and P. A. S test gave positive reaction,Metachromasia appeared gamma-metachroma-tism; The calcium-cobalt sulfide method of alkaline phosphatases was negative.That changes of serum proteins in infected sheep had evident regular. There was a decrease in the concentration of albumin after infection and return to normal in the concentration in 8-21 days after infection. There was no alteration in the alpha 1 -globulin and alpha 2-globulin. The beta-globulin increased during infection. There was the highest in concentration about 72 hours, then return to normal. Gamma-gobulin decreased significantly after infection, there was the lowest in concentration of gamma-globulin about 96 hours after infection and significantly increased in 8-21 days after infection.
