天然氧载体的化学模拟研究——Ⅱ.空间位阻对“栅栏”型铁(Ⅱ)卟啉配合物载氧性能的影响
Simulated Studies on Natural Oxygen Carriers Ⅱ. Effect of Steric Hindrance on the Ability for Oxygen carrying of picket Fence Iron(Ⅱ) Porphyrin Complexes
【摘要】 合成四种具有不同空间位阻的“栅栏”型铁(Ⅱ)卟啉配合物,并测定它们的载氧性能。在室温条件下,它们在含有咪唑的苯溶液中均有载氧能力。在氧气中,相对稳定时间的顺序为(A)(B)<(C)<(D),此顺序与“栅栏”的空间位阻大小的顺序一致;对(A)、(C)和(D)而言。此顺序也和“栅栏”的酰胺的vN-H大小顺序一样。由此推断,较大的空间位阻和“栅栏”末端具有较强的推电子基团均有利于延长“栅栏”型铁(Ⅱ)卟啉配合物在氧气中的寿命。
【Abstract】 Four picket fence iron(Ⅱ) porphyrin complexes with different steric hindrance were synthesized, and their oxygen-carrying abilities were determined. They all exhibited oxygen-carrying capacity in benzene solution containing imidazole at room temperature. The relative stability in oxygen atmosphere appeared to be in the order of (A)≌(B)<(C)<(D). This order is the same as that of the effect of steric hindrance of picket fence; for (A)、(C) and (D), this order is the same as that of vN-H (amide) of picket fence. Therefore, we suggest that the larger steric hindrance is and the stronger the electron-pushing radical at the top of picket fence is, the longer the lifetime of picket fence iron(Ⅱ) porphyrin complex in oxygen atmosphere will be.
