香菇栽培过程蔗渣培养基主要组分的降解和有关酶活的变化
Degradation of Medium Constituents and Changes in Allied Enzyme Activities During Growth-of Lentinus edodes on Sugarcane Bagasse
【摘要】 以蔗渣为主要原料,添加少量麦麸栽培香菇,在培养的不同阶段,分析测定培养物的主要化学组成和有关酶活的变化。实验结果表明,香菇能大量利用栽培基质,至栽培终止时(200天),干物质消耗约80%;半纤维素、纤维素和木质素分别降解85%、80%和70%。基质的降解有一定阶段性,主要在栽培的前、中期。纤维素与木质素同时降解。滤纸纤维素酶、羧甲基纤维素酶和β葡萄糖苷酶以及半纤维素酶的活性,从菌丝生长阶段开始逐渐提高,至菇蕾生长时达到不同水平的活性高峰,采菇开始时迅速降至较低水平,而后继续缓慢下降(β-葡萄糖苷酶后期又回升除外)。多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶只在菌丝生长时期出现,至子实体形成时期即行消失。
【Abstract】 Lentinus edodes was cultivated on a medium of sugarcane bagasse supplemented with 18% of wheat bran. The contents of main chemical constituents and the activities of some enzymes in the culture were determined at different stages during the mushroom growth. The fungus could utilize a large amoun of the medium. At the end of cultivation (200 days) the dry matter was consumed by about 80%, and hernicelluiose, cellulose and lignin were degraded by 85%, 80% and 70% respectively. The substrates were decomposed dominantly at the early and middle periods of cultivation. Cellulose and lignin were degraded simultaneously. The activities of cellulases and hemicellulase increased progressively from the stage of mycelial growth to that of button forming. Afterward they dropped steeply to lower levels at the beginning of fruitbody harvest and then continuously descended slowly until the end, except that β-glucosidase increased again at late stage. Poly-phenolase and peroxidase appeared only at the stage of myce ial growth.
