大麦茎秆维管束数与小穗数的关系

【摘要】 对10个大麦品种各伸长节间维管束数与小穗数的关系进行了调查。发现自基部伸长节间开始,随着节位上升,各节间维管束数稍有减少,唯至穗颈节间维管束数减少量最多,交种(类型)间的减少率并不一致。三联小穗数(Y)依存于基部伸长节间大维管束数(X)的回归关系可表示为 Y=a+bx,其中回归系数(b=0.3846)不因品种而改变,而回归常数(a)可因亚种和变种(类型)而异:H.ssp-hexastichum=8.19,H.ssp-tetrastichum=7.46,H.distichum=15.96。因维管束数变化而引起结实小穗数改变的效果总是多棱大麦(H.vulgare)大于二棱大麦(H.distichum)。

【Abstract】 The number of vascular bundles of elongated internode and that ofspikelets were investigated for 10 cultivars in barley.It was found thatthe decrease in number of vascular bundles was only a few from basalinternode to upper ones with top one decreased most.And its decrementdiffered among varieties(types).The regression of the number of triple-spikelets(Y)on that of large vascular bundles in basal internode maybe formularized by Y=a+bx.It’s coefficient(b)was 0.3846 irrespectiveof the cultivars.However,it’s intercept(a)differed among subspeciesand varieties(types),for example,a value of 8.19 was found in H.ssp-hexastichum,but 7.46 and 15.96 in H.ssp-tetrastichum and H.distichum re-spectively.The effect in a change of the number of vascular bundles onthat of fruitful spikelets was constantly higher in H.vulgare than in H.distichum.In general,the number of fruitful spikelets can be predicted byinvestigating the vascular bundles of basal internode.
