【摘要】 <正> 苏门答腊金合欢 Acacia glauca(L.)Moench 为热带山地豆科绿肥植物,六十年代初从印尼引进厦门地区试种,经过多年来栽培驯化,已能适应当地条件正常生长并结瘤固氮。1982年经黄维南等(1982)检验,发现其根瘤固氮活力高于厦门当地常见的几种豆科树种,如台湾相思(Acacia confusa Merr.)、有刺金合欢[A.farnesiana(L.)Willd]、

【Abstract】 This paper reports,for the first time,the morphogenesis types and cellular structure of nodules in Acacia glauca(L.)Moench.It is an in- troduced tropical legume,growing as a shrub or tree.It develops a vigorous root system with flourishing root nodules.The legume plant is well adapted to the subtropical south China red loam of Ziamen. This study suggests that the symbiotic ability of the nitrogen nfixing bacteroids varied with nodules in the three stages,having the strong nod- ules as the highest,juvenile nodules ranked the second and senescent nod- ules followed as the last.The strong nodules contained the highest number of bacteroid and the juvenile nodules had more bacteroids than the senescent nodules.
