【Abstract】 Four phages were isolated from thelysats of abnormal fermentation. Theywere identified as Z_A, Z_S, Z_B, Z_P, andcharacterized by serological reactions,host-range relationship, one-step growthexperiment, pH-stability and heat-stabili-ty, and morphology of four phages wasobserved in the electron microscope. Thelatent periods and burst sizes determinedby one-step growth experiments showeddifferent parameters among them. Theirstability at different pH was detemined,they were more stable at pH 6--11, butphage Z_P was more stable at pH 6. The survival rates of four phageswere declined rapidly at 60℃, but Z_Pcould survive at 70℃.更多还原
