【摘要】 为了提高座壳孢(Aschersonia papillata)防冶温室白粉虱(Trialeurodes vaporariorum)的效果,对该菌株进行了常规育种。以野生菌株A6S为原始菌株,经自然分离获得A6S-1菌株,经人工诱变得到A6S-256、A6S-393、A6S-504等菌株。选育的菌株不但保持原菌株的性状,而且适应性更强。在寄生率和产孢量上均显著优于自然分离菌株。更多还原

【Abstract】 Strains of Aschersonia were tested inthe greenhouse for high virulence againstthe white fly (Trialeurodes vaporariortum).The strain A6S-1 was selected from thewild type collected from Sichuan province.Strains A6S-256, A6S-393, A6S-504 wereobtained and selected from the wild typeby mutagenic treatment with ultravioletirradiation These strains not only retainedtheir original qualities but also acquiredgreater adaptability and A6S-256 showedmarked superiority in parasitic poteneyand in sporulation ability.
