【Abstract】 This paper presents the results about the low angle grain boundaries observed in HCP metal α-Ti by TEM. Not only the tilt boundaries but also the twist boundaries formed on basal plane and prism plane have been observed. In the dislocation network lain on prism plane, type c dislocations have been observed but their movement has never been disclosed. This may be related to the high Peierls stress of type c dislocations.更多还原
