卫星太阳电池标定装置
THE CIRCUITS OF SOLAR CELLS CALIBRATION ON A SATELLITE
【摘要】 本文报道的卫星太阳电池标定装置,它在AMO下可自动切换测量15片太阳电池的I—V曲线和温度。每片电池最多能测量8个点。自动切换等电路采用CMOS组件和CMOS模拟开关,而不使用继电器,电路功耗低,寿命长,性能稳定,满量程时最大相对误差为0.22%。 本装置配上适当的接口电路,亦可用作高空气球太阳电池标定器。
【Abstract】 In this paper the circuits of solar cells calibration on a satellite are presented.They can automatically switch and measure the I-V curve and temperature of fifteen solar cells under AM0.Eight data points at most are measured for each cell.The automatic switching circuit consists of CMOS module and CMOS analogy switch,it does not use any relay.Therefore,the circuits have advantages of low power consumption,long life and good stabilization.The accuracy of the circuits(maximum relative error on full scale) is 0.22%.The circuits can also be used as a calibrating device on a scientific balloon if an appropriate interface is added.
