阳极氧化电解着色铝选择性吸收涂层的光学性能研究
THE ELECTROLYTIC COLOURED ANODIZED ALUMINIUM SELECTIVE ABSORBING COATING AND IT’S OPTICAL PROPERTIES STUDY
【摘要】 本文报道了阳极氧化电解着色铝选择性吸收涂层的光学性能,其太阳吸收率αs和热发射率εn分别为0.94(AM2)和0.10。给出了Ni粒子在多孔性Al2O2膜中浓度成梯度变化的结构模型。应用Bruggeman有效介质理论和多层膜系矩阵方法对涂层的光谱反射率进行了计算,讨论了表面形貌对涂层光学性能的影响。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the technology and optical properties of the selective absorbing coating prepared on industrial pure Aluminium or Alumininm Alloys by the anodizing and colouring method.The coating optical progerties are the solar absorbtance αs=0.04(AM2); the normal thermal emittance εn=0.10,the coating was stable during the aging test.The scanning electron micrograghs of surface morphorlogy and fracture section as well as Auger depth profiling data of the coating are given.Based on these information,a coaling structure model of Ni particles pigmented A12O3 film is proposed in which the Ni concentration has a graded distribution.Bruggeman effective medium theory and multilayer matrix technigue are used to calculate the spectral reflectance of the coating in the wavelength range from 0.3 to 20μm.The result shows that theory value is approximately in agreement with the experimental data.The effect of the morphology on the optical properties of coatings is also discussed.
