高梁糖蜜应用无机酸催化的水解动力学
KINETICS OF HYDROLYSIS OF SORGHUM MOLASSES WITH DILUTE MINERAL ACIDS
【摘要】 本试验是研究高梁糖蜜应用稀无机酸在较高温度下的水解动力学。业已发现,在硫酸浓度0.010075—1.0075%温度60—100℃、盐酸浓度0.01—1.0%温度60—80℃下,水解是一级反应。基于实验数据导出了考虑到酸浓度和温度的动力学方程。研究表明,两种酸的水解程度具同样数量级,意味着硫酸中的第二个氢原子没有参与水解作用。
【Abstract】 Experiments were carried out to study the kinetics of hydrolysis of sorghum molasses with dilute mineral acids at relatively high temperatures. It has been found out that the hydrolysis of sorghum molasses is of the first order reaction in sulfuric acid concentration ranging from 0.010075 to 1.0075(g/100ml) in the temperature range between 60 and 100℃, and in hydrochlroic acid concentration ranging from 0.01 and 1.0(g/100ml) in the temperature range between 60 and 80℃. The kinetic equations are derived based on the experimental data as functions of the acid concentrations and temperatures. The magnitudes of the extent of hydrolysis with both acids are of the same order, indicating that the second hydrogen atom in sulfuric acid does not take part in the hydrolysis.
