波开关电容滤波器的新实现
Novel Realization of Wave Switched Capacitor Filters
【摘要】 本文给出实现波开关电容滤波器的新方法。文中所提出的电路仅应用两相时钟,运算放大器数目较少,滤波特性不仅对主寄生电容很不敏感,而且次寄生电容对电路特性的影响也很小。波SCF完全保持了波数字滤波器所特有的灵敏度低、动态范围大、稳定性好、模块性强等许多优点。作为例子,文中给出了一个五阶PCM低通波SCF分析与实验的结果,证明了电路的优良特性。
【Abstract】 In this paper, some novel adaptor circuits are presented to realize the wave switched capacitor filters using two-phase clock signal. The resulting filters are not only insensitive to the bottom plate parasitics but also the effects of top plate parasitics and switch parasitics are very small. In addition, the wave switched capacitor filters are showing the excellent behaviors such as low sensitivity, large dynamic range, good stability and high modularity. As an example, a 5th order PCM low-pass wave switched capacitor filter is given. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theory.
