【Abstract】 This paper evaluates the character sties of the No. 1 CCD system at Yunnan Obse rvatory in detail. Its main characteristics can be summed up as follows: Spectral response: 3,000—11,000 A Quantum efficiency: 75% (Max) System noise: less than 90 electrons Full well capacity: 1.3×10~5 eleetrons/pixel Linearity: better than 1% CTE: more them 0.9999 (light level large than 18000 electrons/pixel) Dark current: less than 0.05 electrons/second/pixel Other characteristics, such as system gain, dynamical range, MTF, non-uniformity cosmic ray effect, blooming, fringe and blemishes as well are also described.更多还原
