【Abstract】 Three cases of March Hemoglobinuria were found after an intensive drill of troopsfor the preparation of parade ultrastructures of the erythrocytes were observed inthese 3 cases by electron microscope and compared with controls.The membrane ofpatiens’ erythrocytes showed breakage,duplication and blurring of the cytoplasm be-neath the membrane.Probably these were evidences of membrane damage.Large sphe-rical erythrocytes,being round shaped had contents of less electron density and mesh-work appearance.Within the membrane,there were intense osmiopbilic areas.The ul-trastructural changes of the erythrocytes mentioned above appears to be the characte-ristic features of march hemoglobinuria.更多还原
