【摘要】 应用Swna-Ganz漂浮导管对20例危重手术病人进行血液动力学监测。其中15例导管成功地进入肺动脉楔嵌位。所测参数有助于迅速了解这些危重病人的左心功能状态和正确估价循环功能的重要变化,尤其对肺毛细血管楔压明显增高的患者的处理帮助更大。插管过程,5例病人出现短阵早搏;1例导管在右室内发生打结;1例导管气囊发生破裂。全部病人安全地接受了手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hemodynamic monitoring using Swan-Ganz catheters in 20 seriously ill patients who received surgery were made.Catheters had been advanced into pulmonary artery wedge position successfully in 15 cases.The obtained data from measurements contributed certainly to understanding and proper management of these patients,in particular in patients with a significantly increased PCWP.Preliminary experiences indicated that the monitoring using Swan-Ganz catheters could give us a prompt recognition of the left heart status of the patients and thus far making us an accurate assessment of serious circulatory changes of the impaired cardiac functions.Five patients appeared premature beats transiently,one patient formed knot of catheter in the ventricle and another ruptured the balloon during catheterization.Operations on all these patients had been done safely.更多还原
