家兔侧脑室注入促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)对呼吸和血压的影响

【摘要】 以膈神经放电活动和动脉血压为指标,在清醒、制动、人工呼吸的家兔身上,观察到侧脑室注入促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH),能引起呼吸频率、膈神经放电频率和血压的显概升高,而侧脑室注入生理盐水(pH和容积与TRH相同),或静脉注射同样剂量的TRH,对上述指标无明显影响。结果表明,TRH具有中枢性呼吸兴奋和升压作用。此外.侧脑室注入TRH还能逆转吗啡所致呼吸频率、膈神经放电频率和血压下降。表明TRH具有拮抗吗啡呼吸抑制和降压效应的作用。

【Abstract】 Experiments were carried out on 48 unanaesthetized,vagotomized flaxedil immobilized and artificially ventilated rabbits.Intracerebro-ventricular injection of TRH resulted in a marked increase in respiratory rate and phrenic discharges and a significant elevation of blood pressure.However,no change in respiratory activity and blood pressure was observed,when an equal amount of TRH was injected intravenously.In addition,morphine administered intravenously produced a decrease in respiratory activity and blood pressure,which were reversed by TRH applied intracerebro-ventricularly.These results indicated that TRH could excite respiratory activity and elevate blood pressure centrally.TRH can also antagonize morphine induced depression in respiration and blood pressure.
