【摘要】 本实验在57只家兔上研究了垂体后叶素对心肌的作用。在体实验证明,静脉注射垂体后叶素所引起的心率减慢,不完全是由于压力感受器的反射性反应,垂体后叶素可能对心肌有直接的抑制作用。离体心肌实验进一步证明,垂体后叶素对心肌确有直接的抑制作用,可使心率减慢、心收缩力减弱。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present study was performed on fifty-seven rabbits of under urethane-anes-thesia.It was found that the i.v administration pitressin (2.5μg/kg) caused decrease of heart rate and transcient increase of arterial pressure.The decrease of heart rate was not attributed to batoreflex response at all,since bradycardia might be due to the direct negative chrotropic action of pitressin.Further study on the isolated right atrial specimen showed reduction of heart rate and contractile force.It is concluded that pitressin possessed of a direct inhibitory effect on the heart.更多还原
