冷拉伸无定形聚酯纤维的X射线衍射研究
X-Ray Diffraction Study on Cold-Drawn As-Spun Polyester Fibres
【摘要】 用 X 射线衍射法,研究了涤纶前纺丝在室温下拉伸后,其散射曲线形状的变化和分子链的堆集情况。随着拉伸倍数λ的增大,散射峰位置向高角度移动,半高宽降低,峰形的高斯(Gaussian)成分增加。这表明,随着λ之增加,分子链间距减小,链间距的分布变窄。讨论了取向非晶态 PET 的散射峰形在其结晶度测定中的意义。
【Abstract】 The Scattering Profiles and the interchain distances of cold-drawn as-spun PET fibres were studied by x-ray diffraction method.It was shown that the peak positions of scattering curves shift to higher angle, the full widths at half maximum intensity decrease and the profile fac- tors increase as the drawn ratio λ.increases.This implies that,when the drawn ratio λ increases,the interchain distances decrease and the distribution of interchain distances becomes narrower.The meanings of the scattering profiles of oriented amorphous PET fibres in the determ- ination of PET crystallinity were discussed.
