【Abstract】 In the paper,a new idea,fuzzy perturbation,is advanced.The st- ability of the solutions of fuzzy relation equation and the generalized solutions of the unsolvable equation are defined by means of such idea. Thereupon,a part of the theory of fuzzy perturbation analysis,fuzzy directional perturbation,is formed.By using the theory an approach to solving the two open problems in the inverse problem of fuzzy multifac- torial decision is made.
