【Abstract】 In this paper, the treatment of elephantiasis of lower extremity in 18 cases with micro-lymphangio-phlebostomy through multiple routes was reported. The author considered that this repairing method revealed distinct curative effect in cases of obstructive lumph edema of youths in short duration. In cases of elephantiatic macroscelia, routes of anastomosis ought to be increase; thus, the lymphatic circulation might get better improvement and better curative effect. This operation was simpler and less traumatic with little bleeding and low recurrence.更多还原
