【Abstract】 There were many ways for the research of glossoscopy, among which the analysis of cast-off cells from coating on the tongue was one of the simple and easy ways. In this paper, through the changes of karyopyknotic index for the cast-off cells from the coating of the tongues of 126 female patients, the correlation was preliminarily approached between the changes of their coated tongues and their menstrual cycles. In the meanwhile, the karyopyknotic indexes of the vaginal cast-off cells were calculated for the contrast to find out their patterns to provide leads and furnish evidences for further study.更多还原
