生后1天与30天新生儿外周血T细胞酸性非特异性酯酶活性类型的变化
Non-specific acid esterase activity pattern change in the peripheral blood T-lympho-cytes il neonates : one-day-olds and 30-day-olds
【摘要】 本文共观察健康新生儿109例外周血淋巴细胞ANAE活性,其中生后1天77例,生后30天32例。对两组新生儿淋巴细胞ANAE总阳性率及各活性类型阳性率作了比较,前者无显著性差异;后者表现为点状颗粒型生后30天组低于生后1天组,散在颗粒型生后30天组高于生后1天组。讨论了两组活性类型的变化,并比较了两组单核细胞和粒细胞的ANAE阳性反应。
【Abstract】 The Alpha-Naphthy Acetate Esterase ( ANAE ) activity pattern changes in the peripheral blood T-lymphocytes in neonates of ona-day-olds and 30-day-olds had been studied with ANAE staining. The ANAE pattern rates between one-day-olds and 30-day-olds had been compared, the result showed that there was no significant difference in the total positive rates. But there was significant difference in the dot granular and in the scattered granular. These pattern changes might be due to the fact that portion of lymphocytes was activated by those of the neonates, which were progressively acting as antigens. Therefore, in order to observe the change of neonatal immunological function, the total ANAE positive rate alone was not enough, but the ANAE activity pattern changes would be helpful.
