【摘要】 本文报告了36例中枢神经系统疾病患者脑脊液和动脉血酸硷气体分析的结果。发现17例患者脑脊液的 pH 失常,其中12例脑脊液的 PH 呈酸性,5例偏硷性。而脑脊液 pH 的变化和动脉血 pH 值无相应的关系.因此,测定此类患者的脑脊液,有助于了解其病理生理过程,具有一定的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 An analytic result of cerebrospinal fluid and arte- rial blood gas acidity in 36 cases of CNS diseases was reported.It was shown that pH value was abnormal in 17 cases,in 12 of which the pH value was acidic and in 5 of which it was alkali.There was no rela- tionship between the change of pH value of cerebro- spinal fluid and that of arterial blood.Therefore,it was significant clinically that determination of pH value of cerebrospinal fluid was helpful to understand the pathophysiological course of CNS diseases.更多还原
