【摘要】 本文应用耳穴压丸治疗胆系结石58例,胆囊结石大小要在1.5厘米以内,肝内胆管结石在1.0厘米以内,胆总管结石大小不限.取穴以肝、胆、胆管等耳穴为主,每次选穴17～21个.耳背部取穴部位与耳甲艇,耳甲腔所选穴位相对应,手法要求相对一致,剪取小块胶布,居中放王不留行籽一粒,贴于所选穴位上.排石率为74.13%.更多还原

【Abstract】 Fifty-eight cases of cholelithiasis were treated with traditional auricular plaster therapy.The size of cholecystolic stone should be less than 1,5cm in diameter,and that in the hepatic bile duct,should be less than 1.0cm,but no limitation for that in the common bile duct.Auricular points were taken mai- nly at “liver”,“gall”,“bile duct”,etc,and 17-21 po- ints were taken each time.Those points taken on the dorsal aspect of the auricle would be corresponding to the points chosen on the concha auriculae.The te- chnique of manipulation must act relatively in unison, A seed of vaccaria pyramidata was taped to each point taken with a plastic tape,so asto simulate the point with pressure for therapy.The lithagogue rate was 74.13%.更多还原
