【Abstract】 In this paper, through the rehabilitation of esophygeal speech of 73 laryngectomized patients, the principle, procedure, and the method of speech rehabilitation were expounded. The gas storage and aspiration of esophagus, the change of pronunciation and the data of the frequency of esophageal speech determined, were all analyzed. Forty-nine larngectomized patients out of 73 regained their function of speech completely and bad returned to work.更多还原
