【摘要】 应用辣根过氧化物酶标记抗体技术,对正常和阉割成年雌性大白鼠垂体LH细胞的分布进行了研究。结果发现在大白鼠垂体远侧部以下三个区域的LH细胞数量多、细胞大、分布集中:(1)头端部的腹部区;(2)头端部的背部区和邻近中间叶的两侧翼;(3)尾端部的背部区和邻近中间叶的两侧翼。阉割大白鼠在这三个区域内分布集中的特点比正常大白鼠更明显。作者认为LH细胞这种有规律的分布与垂体门脉血管的分布有依赖关系,并就此结果进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Distribution of LH cells in the anterior pituitary of the female rats were studied using the horseradish peroxidase immunohistochemical method. It was shown that LH cells arerelatively concentrated in the following regions of the pars distalis: a) the ventral regionof cephalic pars. b) the dorsal region of cephaic pars and the bilateral wings near theintermedial lobe. c) the dorsal region. of the caudal part. The characteristic distributionof LH cells was clearer in ovariectomized rats.
