【摘要】 兰州石油化工机器厂试制了DS-45及DS-60型电磁涡流刹车。本文给出通过台架试验得到的DS-45型涡流刹车的技术参数和特性曲线,介绍了这种刹车配在ZJ-45钻机上作下钻工况试验的情况,分析了各种载荷下的下钻速度图及涡流刹车对起升系统动载的影响,证实了在钻机绞车上配用涡流刹车的优越性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eddy-current brakes for drilling rigs, Model DS-45 and DS-60, have been developed by Lanzhou Petroleum and Chemical Machinery works. A DS-45 Brake was put to experimental test in laboratary and field test on a ZJ-45 Rig. This paper presents the operating data and performance curves obtained through the experimental test and gives a lot of information about the in-situ test, including analyses based on lowering-speed curves under different loads and effect of eddy-current brake on the dynamic load of the hoisting equipment. The investigation confirms fully that eddy-current brake will provide optimum rig performance.更多还原
