苯及其衍生物在AF-5分子筛催化剂上结焦规律和机理的研究

【摘要】 本文采用微分反应器研究苯在AF-5分子筛催化剂上的结焦规律,在试验范围内得到了结焦速率式,结焦量与反应时间和苯分压的关联式。苯在该催化剂上的结焦为一串联过程,与LangmiurEinshelwool机理拟合,试验结果与此假设吻合。测定了反应温度、反应时间、苯分压、空速、线速及催化剂颗粒度等参数对结焦反应的影响;在相同的试验条件下测得苯、乙苯及二乙苯在该催化剂上结焦量的比值为1:1.6:2。

【Abstract】 The behavior of coke formation of benzene on AF-5 zeolite was studied using a differential reactor. Rate equation of coke formation and correlations between amount of coke deposition, reaction time and partial pressure of benzene were established.Coke formation of benzene on AF-5 zeolite was found to be corresponding to Langmuir-Hinshelwood mechanism. The experimental results coincided with the hypothesis.Effects of temperature, time, partial pressure of benzene, space velocity, linear velocity and size of AF-5 zeolite particle on coke formition were determined; the ratio of amount of coke deposition of benzene, ethyl benzene and diethyl ben- zene on AF-5 zeolite was 1:1.6:2 under the same experimental conditions.
