重质油中重金属的同时光度测定(1)——合成样中铁、镍、钒的回收试验

【摘要】 本文针对重质油中所含铁、镍、钒三种痕量组份,按正交试验原理配制一系列标准混合溶液,测其吸光度,用最小二乘法和高斯-约旦法(LSGJ程序)求解线性方程组,得到“条件吸光系数”。再用该程序和所得的吸光系数由合成样的吸光度计算回收量,回收率在80~110%以内,满足分析要求。本法避免了以往同时光度法中测定纯组份吸光系数的麻烦,分析结果的准确度也有提高,有可能取代实际中多种分析法分别测定的过程。

【Abstract】 In this article, with regard to the three tracecomponents Fe, Ni, V in heavy oil, a series of standard solutions has been prepared according to quadrature principle. Their absorbances are measured. A system of simultaneous equations is solved using the least-squares procedure and the Gauss-Jordan method (program LSGJ) to give "conditional absorptivities". Then, recovery amounts are calculated from absorbances of a synthetic sample with the same program and absorptivities obtained. Recovery is within 80-110% that is satisfactory to the requirement of analysis. This procedure avoids the trouble of absorptivity determination in prior simultaneous spedrophotometry and elevates the accuracy of analytical results. It would be possible to replace the real process in which many kinds of analytical methods has been used separately.
