【摘要】 本文选用放射免疫法对64名健康职工、学生和非接振工人进行了血清Mb测定。提出了正常值范围为3～50ng/ml。有的报道,心肌梗塞时,血液和尿中Mb含量明显增加;另据报道,振动病患者血液中Mb含量升高,且与病变程度相平行。因之,正常值的提出,必将有利于这一生化指标在临床和职业病诊断中的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Radioimmunoassay of serum Mb (myoglobin) was performed in 64 volunteers from staffmembers, students and workers (not involved with " vibration"), the normal value obtained ranging 3-50 ng/ml.Some authors reported that Mb contents in the blood and urine see a notable increase in patients with myocardial infarction, while others said that Mb content increases in the blood of patients suffering, from "vibration" in conformity with deve- lopment of the disease. In view of the above, suggestion of the normal value will certainly facilitate the application of this biochemical datum to clinical practice and th ediagnosis of professional diseases.更多还原
