【Abstract】 Cytogenetical studies were performed in 105 cases of spontaneous abortion, including 50 pairs of husband and wife. The ch romosomal anomalies were found in five patients (4.8%). The most of chromoso Cmal aberrations were balanced transloation, and the rest were Down’s Syndrome. It is known that the balanced translocation of chromsomes is the main caus of spontaneous abortion. The first threee patients were carriers with 7/8 balanced translocation. It was revealed tha ttranslocation comes from maternal side. The fourth patient was carrier with 2/21 reciprocal translocation of chromosomes. The clinical features of abnormality were abortion and stillbirth.更多还原
