邻苯二酚紫—溴代十六烷基吡啶分光光度法测定微量锗
SPECTROPHOTMETRIC DETERMIMATION OF MICROAMUNTS OF GERMANIUM BY USING PYROCATECHOL VIOLET(PV) AND CETYI PYRIDINIUM BROMIDE(CPB)
【摘要】 本文研究了用邻苯二酚紫—溴代十六烷基吡啶分光光度法测定微量锗。该法允许的酸度范围、显色剂的用量范围均较宽;工作曲线的线性范围为0~30μg/25ml;与Ge—邻苯二酚紫—阳离子表面活性剂的同类体系相比,灵敏度最高,ε′=7.80×10~4;与蒸馏分离法配合,具较高选择性。已用于硅酸盐基体人工样及铜矿中ppm级锗的测定,结果比较满意。研究证明,溴代十六烷基吡啶在该体系中属单分子增敏,并与邻苯二酚紫及Ge(Ⅳ)形成定组成三元络合物。
【Abstract】 A highly sensitive method for the spectrophototometric determination of Ge by using PV and CPB has been developed. In an acid medium (0.08-1M HCl) Ge can form a ternary complex with PV and CPB. The complex has a maximum absorption at 661nm. The value of molar absorption coefficient is found to be 7.80×10~4. The constituent of the complex is studied by the methods of isomolar and it is proved that Ge:CPB:PV=1:4:2 continuons variation and molar ratio, The calibration curve will be linear when Ge solntion is in the range of 0 to 30μg/25ml. The method has been used in the rapid determination of microamounts of Ge in artifical salicate samples and copperore with satisfactory results.
