利用Cr(Ⅲ)—鲁米诺—H2O2化学发光体系测定H2O2的研究
INVESTIGATION OF THE Cr(Ⅲ)—LUMINOL—H2O2 CHEMILUMINESCENCE SYSTEM FOR H2O2 DETERMINATION
【摘要】 本文建立了利用Cr(Ⅲ)—鲁米诺—H2O2体系测定H2O2的新方法。方法的检测极限是8×10-10MH2O2工作曲线的线性范围是1×10-9-1×10-2MH2O2。测定的相对标准偏差小于5%。由于试样溶液和所有试剂溶液中都含有较高浓度的EDTA,排除了大多数金属离子的干扰,所以方法具有一定的选择性。此法试用于自来水中H2O2的回收试验,结果较好。
【Abstract】 A new method for the determination of H2O2 based on the Cr(Ⅲ)-lumino1-H2O2 chemiluminescence system is set uP in the paper. The detection limit of the method is 8×10-10MH2O2. The linear range of the working curves is 7 orders of magnitude from 10-9to 10-2 M H2O2. The relative standard deviation is less than 5%. The method is selective for H2O, because of using EDTA to eliminate interference from most metal ions. The method has been applied to the recovery determination of H2O2 in running water and the result is satisfactory.
