【摘要】 <正> 气相色谱中,由于非极性固定液对大多数有机化合物具有良好的分离效能,且由于在该类固定液上溶质的保留值与溶质的物化参数间存在着简单的关系,而使这类固定液得到了广泛的应用。分离效能好可使我们用较少的柱子解决较多的分析问题;保留值与溶质的物化参数间关系简单,则使我们从理论上预测保留值成为可能。然而极性物质在此类固定液上保留数据的非重现性就使这些数据损失了定性价值。保留数据的非重现性

【Abstract】 The isobaric retentions of different polar compounds on sixteen columns have been: measured at the column temperatures from 60℃ to 80℃. Making use of the isobaric relative retention data, the isobaric relative solution heat △H’s and the non-linearity coefficient of the adsorption isotherm were calculated . The comparison was made between Chromosorb W-HP and the bonded phases treated by different methods. The experimental data indicated that the surface of the bonded phases was uniform,their non-linearity coeffcients of the adsorption isotherm were smaller and it can be well wetted by non-polar as well as weak-polar stationary liquid phase.
