弹性玻璃毛细管柱的硅膜改性
DEACTIVATION OF FLEXIBLE GLASS CAPILLARY GAS CHROMATOGRAPHIC COLUMN USING SILICON FILM
【摘要】 <正> 弹性玻璃毛细管气相色谱柱的出现,为毛细管色谱技术提供了一种新柱型。因为玻璃中含有大量金属氧化物,所以弹性玻璃毛细管内壁的惰化是使其成为当代高质量毛细管色谱柱的最重要技术难题。传统的玻璃毛细管柱的惰化技术,高温硅烷化,聚硅氧烷高温处理等均需要经过酸洗及长时间的400℃以上的高温处理,这会大大损害弹性
【Abstract】 Under mild condition a monosilane is pyrolysed statically. A silicon layer is deposited on the inner surface of a capillary columnm. A better inertness can be achieved effectively. The inertness can be evaluated by peak shape of benzene, butanol, acetic acid and pyridine which are injected into a blank capillary cuolmn(see Fig.1). The column is thereafter coated with a weak polar stationary phase (e.g. SE-54) and a strong polar stationary phase(e.g. FFAP)using the static technique. The capillary column is evaluated by a mixture of 7 components. The results show that the columns prepared by this method have better inertncss, column efficiency and thermal stability.
