【Abstract】 It is generally acknowledged that the bare siliea gel should not be used in aqueous eluents and also can not be used to separate aeidic and basic organie compounds in HPLC.In this paper, we have successfully used the aqueous quaternary ammonium solution as mobile phase and the bare silica gel as stationary phase tor the separation of carboxylic acids, sulfonic acids and amines. The influence of the type or concentration of the quaternary ammonium hydrate and the pH of mobile phase on the retention of samples has been investigated.更多还原
