信息论在气相色谱分析中的应用——液晶对于异构体选择性的评价
INFORMATION THEORY APPLIED TO GAS CHROMATO GRAPHIC ANALYSIS-THE EVALUATION OF THE SELECTIVITY OF LIQUID CRYSTAL STATIONARY PHASE FOR ISOMERS
【摘要】 本文用信息论的观点评价了液晶固定液对于异构体的选择性,提出了以两物质的保留指数差值作为分离标志的方案。比较了固定液液态与液晶态分离邻、间、对异构体的信息量。计算了液晶、液晶硅油及硅油毛细管柱提供信息的能力。指出液晶固定液在解决数种异构体分离方面可充分显示出优势,但不宜用于复杂成份的分离。
【Abstract】 The selectivity of liquid crystal stationary phase for some di-substituted benzene isomers was evaluated by information content. The relationship between the separation of two solutes and the difference of their retention indices is discussed; The liquid crystal higher gave higher information content for the separation of isomers, and somewhat equal one when the composition was complex.
