【摘要】 本文在液晶固定液MPBOB毛细管柱上测定了6组苯的二元取代异构体（18个化合物）的保留指数,发现苯的二元取代物的保留指数同其沸点（T^b）,长宽比（η）,取代基的极性具有密切的关系。并推导得出了保留指数的经验表达式:I=AT_b+B（P₁+P₂+C₀）×η+C,其计算值可用以预测苯的二元取代物的流出顺序。同时对影响苯的二元取代物保留指数的因素进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The retention indices of six groups of di-substituted benzene isomers (18 compounds) were determined on the MPBOB (liquid crystal stationary phase)capillary column. It was found that the. indices of di-substituted benzenes were concerned with the boiling points, Iength-lo-width ratios and polarities of the substituted groups of di-substituted benzenes. An empirical formula was obtained. The calculated index values can be used to predict the elution order of disubstiluted benzene isomers.更多还原
