气提热脱附毛细管气相色谱—质谱法分析水中痕量挥发性有机物

【摘要】 气提水中挥发性有机物并在多孔聚合物Tenax GC上吸附浓缩。为此设计了一种简便的全玻璃气提装置,它可在室温或提高温度下进行有效的气提.通过简单的色谱仪汽化室热脱附,把样品从吸附剂转移到气相色谱柱。在内径0.1毫米OV—17高效金属毛细管柱进行分离。为改善分离枉头用液氮冷冻.用配有计算机的质谱定性。为改善色谱本底采取了几种措施。方法的检测极限对宰烷、癸烷和十二烷分别是5、10、15ppt这一研究已经用于第二松花江水中有机污染物探查。

【Abstract】 Trace of volatile organics in water was concentraled by gas phase stripping and adsorption onto Tenax GC.An all-glass sampling device was designed which allows efficient concentration at room or elevated temperatures. The sample was transferred from adsorbent into the capillary column coated with OV-17 by heating. The inlet part was cooled with liquid nitrogen. The composition of the samples was detected using a mass spectrometer with a computer. Several methods were used for improving background. Detection limits of the method for octane,decane and dodecane were 5,10, 15ppt, respectively.
