一种新的连续薄层色谱
A Novel Method of Continuous Development Thin Layer Chromatography
【摘要】 <正> 连续薄层色谱是分离结构相似的多组分的有效方法。连续展开的主要方式是让展到顶端的溶剂自由挥发,以延长展开时间,提高分离效果。又由于挥发的溶剂要污染实验室,须在通风橱内进行,而通风状况和温度变化又影响实验的重复性。为了克服上述缺点,有人于薄层板顶端加吸附剂以吸收溶剂。本文介绍用滤纸夹于层析板上部吸收溶剂的连续薄层析,并用它成功地分离出黄曲霉毒素B、B2、G2、G2及其它难以分离的物质。
【Abstract】 4-6 layers of filter paper are clamped together on the top of the thin layer chromatographic plate. The filter paper is used for absorbing the solvent in the course of development.These papers can maintain 2 hrs for development.The size of the filter paper is the same as the plate, i. e.8×8cm. This novel method improves the efficiency of the conventional continuous TLC.
