碟型密封圈的试验研究
Investigation on Belleville Seal
【摘要】 牙轮钻头碟型密封圈具有其它轴向密封所不及的优点—单向密封性和自动调节压力平衡。本文通过模拟钻头工况的台架单元试验及分析,认为影响润滑油脂漏失量的主要因素是密封圈两侧的压力差、密封面接触比压、密封圈的线速度、轴向振动和牙轮密封面的光洁度。因此,合理控制上述因素可提高密封的可靠性及寿命。作者在实验的基础上导出控制漏失量的经验公式,可供钻头设计参考。
【Abstract】 The Belleville seal of cone bit has some unique advantages over other a-xial seal—single way sealing and self adjusting pressure balancing.On thebasis of lab test which simulating working conditions of cone bit and analysis, it is believed that the main factors causing oil leakage are the pressure difference between the two sides of this seal, the specific pressure on contact surface, the line velocity of this seal, the axial vibration of the fineness of sealing surface of bit cone.Consquently, proper control of above factors would contribute to improve the reliability and duration of the Belleville seal. A empirical formula for oil leakage control is derived out of test data, and it may be useful for cone bit design.
