【摘要】 通过对几种比较厚重的真丝生坯绸,分别用各种精练剂和不同的工艺条件作高温高压精练试验,对练白绸的物理测试结果进行了分析讨论.并将高温高压工艺同真丝绸常规精练工艺作对比,证实了高温高压精练真丝绸是一种高效快速的新工艺,可以使织物达到脱胶均匀,对织物损伤少,节省能源,降低生产成本.高温高压精练工艺尤其适用于真丝绸强拈织物和厚重织物的精练.更多还原

【Abstract】 By analysing the results and "the physical test and measurement onthe degummed silk cloth after the high temperature and high pressurescouring 6f several kinds of thick silk cloth under different technologicalconditions and with different scouring agents, and by comparing the hightemperature and high pressure scouring process with the ordinary on,it can be seen that the former is better,faster and more efficient thanthe later. The high temperature and high pressure scouring process canhave the effect of even degumming, a smaller loss in the strength of thedegummed silk and a cut in both energy and production cost and it isespecially suited for the degumming of strong twisted or heavy aridthick silk fabrics.更多还原
