【摘要】 作者对40例复发性口疮患者的甲皱皮肤、舌尖和唇粘膜的微循环进行了观察,其中37例(92.5%)的甲皱微循环有异常表现。有16例在溃疡发作及消退的不同时期作了动态观察,发现消退期时渗出减少,视野较清晰,但异形管襻无明显改善。舌尖和唇粘膜的微循环表现与甲皱微循环相符。作者认为,口疮消退时微循环仍未恢复正常,可能是本病复发的原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 The microcirculation of nailfold,tongue tip and inner surface of lower lip wasobserved in 40 cases of recurrent aphtha.In 37 cases,the micro-circulation of the nail-fold showed some abnormality including cloudy visual field,marked exudation,tortuo-sity of capillary loops with slow and granular blood stream.The number of abnormalshaped capillaries increased as the duration of illness prolonged.At the time of remis-sion,the exudation decreased and the visual field became clear but the abnormal tortu-ous loops remained,The microcirculation of tongue tip and mucous membrane of thelower lip paralleled with that of the nailfold.Abnormal microcirculation may be one of the factors causing recurrent aphtha.更多还原
