【Abstract】 In order to keep the specificity and reliability of the detection of IgM-anti-HBc byELISA,the interference of rheumatoid factor（RF）should be eliminated.We foundthat the interference of RF was completely removed by using enzyme-labeledF（ab′）₂fragments from IgG-antibodies against the HBc.With anti-HBc-IgG conjugate contain-ing 10% anti-HBc negative serum,the interference of RF was obviously suppressed,but not completely eliminated.The method of adding agglutinative IgG（anti-HBc ne-gative）to samples and conjugate（containing 0.1-5 mg/ml）,the false positive reactiondue to RF could not be effectively eliminated.更多还原
