【摘要】 本文报道6例小儿双侧完全性隔上型肺静脉回流异常(简称APVR)的心脏和肺部病变。其特点为右侧房室扩大;肺组织淤血及肺小动脉管壁中层增厚。按Haworfh法侧量6例肺小动脉管壁厚度和血管外周直径,结果血管壁厚度占血管直径之百分比为43～90％,而死于非心血管病患者的百分比为16～64％。提示APVR患者肺小动脉管壁的病变十分严重。患者多死于右心衰竭或肺炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 The prominent pathological changes in 6 autopsy cases of bilateral complete anomalous pulmonary venous return (APVR) were found in the right heart, pulmonary arterioles and pulmonary parenchymatous tissue. The pathological changes resulted from pulmonary hypertension and were characterized by marked dilatation of right auricle and ventricle, and thickening of the media of small arteries. Abnormal thickness of the walls caused it to comprise 43-90% of the tatal diameter of the vessels. The relations in non-cardiovascular oases were 36-42%. Pulmonary congestion and edema in various degrees were present in all 6 cases. The common causes mostfrequent cause of death in these cases were right heart failure and bronchial pneumonia.更多还原
