【摘要】 比较分析了四种不同来源肝癌样品中神经节苷脂的高效硅胶薄板层析（HPTLC）图谱。结果表明,这四种不同来源的肝癌样品与正常肝的图谱比较,示有明显的变化,特别是在含双唾液酸的GD区域,所有肝癌样品都有一条含量较正常显著升高的带,而作为正常肝中神经节苷脂主要组分的GM₃在肝癌组织中则明显减少。更多还原

【Abstract】 A comparative study of the ganglioside patterns from hepatoma of different sources and normal livers was made. The result showed that the ganglioside patterns changed drastically between each comparison group. Especially disialoganglioside (GD) contents were obviously increased, 3-10 fold than those of normal livers. The contents of the main component GM3 in normal livres were distinctly decreased.更多还原
