【摘要】 自身免疫性溶血性贫血(AIHA)的自身抗体具有血型抗原特异性。本组50例AIHA患者自身抗体经血型抗原特异性鉴定(乙醚冼脱法),发现7例具有相对特异性,其中抗D1例,抗E2例,抗e4例。自身抗体血型抗原特异性鉴定是AIHA患者合理选择供血的指导。若给AIHA患者输入携有与其自身抗体相对应的抗原的红细胞,则溶血更为严重。本资料7例相对特异性患者中有1例接受输血,其自身抗体为抗Rho(D),输入Rho(D)血,结果病情反而加重。本实验根据免疫学原理,从亚细胞水平显示了AIHA自身抗体在红细胞膜上的作用部位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Autoantibodies of AIHA have blood type antigen specificity. The result of blood type specificity determination with ether elution method reported in this paper showed that in the series of 50 cases of AIHA, 7 cases had relative specificity including anti-D (1 case), anti-E(2 cases) and anti-e (4 cases). Blood type antigen specificity determination of autoantibodies is directive to choosing correct type of donor blood. If AIHA patient is transfused with red ceils carrying antigen which is corresponding to his autoantibodies, hemolysis will be seriously aggravated. In our data, one of the seven cases received transfusion without Previous determination of blood type antigen specificity of autoantibodies, and a severe transfusion hemolysis occured.
